JENNIFER LOPEZ'S REBIRTH SELLS OVER 600K AROUND THE WORLD IN ONE WEEK

FANS RUSH TO REBIRTH DUALDISC FEATURING EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTARY

New York, NY, March 10, 2005 - The hotly anticipated new Jennifer Lopez album Rebirth made its debut this week around the world, topping sales of over 600,000. Rebirth scored a #1 debut on the European Top 100 Album chart and landed at #2 on the U.S. Top 200 chart (after Fifty Cent). With the #2 debut of "Rebirth", Jennifer Lopez becomes only the third female artist and sixth overall to ever have their first five albums debut in the top 10. (The others are Britney Spears, LeAnn Rimes, Snoop Dogg, Ja Rule and DMX.) Jennifer also becomes only the tenth female artist to ever have five top 10 debuts.

Of the U.S. sales, over 30% of sales were DualDisc purchases. The new product, which features an audio side backed with a DVD, has captured the interest of music fans; the Rebirth DualDisc features an exclusive behind-the-scenes documentary of the making of Rebirth and the video "Hold You Down" with Fat Joe. The DualDisc is also the only place fans can get the special remix of "Get Right" featuring rapper Fabolous.

The album which PEOPLE, US, NY Post and more gave rave reviews spawned hit single and long running #1 video in the U.S. "Get Right" - the song PEOPLE magazine said "might be the dopest thing she's ever recorded ." Jennifer Lopez has sold over 35 million records in her musical career, and this is her first new album since the multi-platinum This is MeŠThen.

Recorded over the last year, Rebirth was co-Executive Produced by Jennifer's longtime producing partner Cory Rooney. Other song producers include Rodney Jerkins, Rich Harrison and Big Boi. Jennifer shares songwriting and production credits with Marc Anthony as well.

Jennifer Lopez celebrated the release of Rebirth in New York with a massive in store appearance at the Virgin Mega Store Times Square where flocks of frenzied fans lined up days before to get an autographed CD. This was followed by an outdoor concert on the TODAY show.
